How does delivery work?

Your order is packaged, labelled & responsibility is handed to the postal carrier, beyond then I have no control over the parcel. Tracking details & updates are readily available to myself & the customer however

Can I be charged with import duties?

Your order may be subject to import costs once the shipment reaches your country. If so these tax fees vary dependant on your country/state of residence. The store cannot control & is not responsible for any of these additional charges

Returns policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once the custom garments are made they are final, so please take care choosing your sizing & design
