Orders & Shipping

• How long does it take to make and ship my order?
  Every individual order is made on demand, in house. Due to items not being pre-stocked give 7-10 days for production to shipping :)
  
  
• Which countries do you ship to?
  Everywhere we can! Unfortunately customs & additional fees may be incurred to those ordering outside of the UK though
  
  
• How do I track my order?
  Tracking codes will be linked to orders once shipped out
  
  
• Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
  If done within 24 hours of ordering then no problem, this time frame means I won't have yet ordered the garment or print to start production
  
  

Sizing & Fit

• What size should I order?
  Check sizing page for exact measurements
  
  
• Do your pieces run true to size, oversized, or fitted?
  The majority of items in store run true to size. The vest however I would say is slightly more baggy
  
  
• What material are the tees/hoodies/vest/sweaters made from?
  All are 100% cotton garments
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

• What's your return/exchange policy?
  Every FinalForm piece is made to order just for you which means once it's in production, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If something's not right (wrong size, destroyed in transit etc) reach out we'll do our best to make it right
  
  

Print Design

• What's DTF printing, and how durable is it?
  We use direct-to-film printing, which creates the most vibrant & high quality design, then heat pressed onto our garments. If washed at 30*c & air-dried then designs can stay top notch for years
  
  

Preorders

• What does the "preorder" mean?
  When we do a pre-order period, it means that we're collating all of your orders at once for a set time. When that allocated time ends, all will be created & shipped within 7-10 days following :D
  
  
• Can I cancel a preorder?
  Absolutely can as long as you cancel whilst the pre-order window period is still open
